Gerard P. Hill, III
Gerard is a third-generation real estate professional and has been a leading authority in the commercial and industrial real estate industries for more than 40 years. He is well experienced and trained in all disciplines of corporate real estate activities. Throughout his distinguished career he has earned accolades for his professionalism and for the personal code of ethics he uses to guide his interactions with clients, providers, and colleagues. Just as he was the beneficiary of knowledge passed down to him, he enjoys mentoring aspiring junior associates. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers "ICSC," the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties "NAOIP," and of the Society of Office and Industrial Properties, "SIOR."
